I just had a new unit installed by these guys and everything I experienced was very professional. They were very diligent in showing me pictures of what was bad and they were very helpful in explaining what was needed. I would definitely recommend this company for any ac needs you may have. John( the owner) and Adam did an exceptional job.

Our ac unit went out after hours. We called a few places but they couldn’t come out until the next morning. Our house was at 81 and our dog was panting. Scott was able to come out within 3 hours after we called, quickly diagnosed our issue. We were sold just on his personality alone. By this time it was after 9pm Dalton got on the phone and ran all our #s and had us signed and ready to go so quickly. Scott had a portable ac unit on his truck and was so nice to let us use it overnight, we were able to cool off our bedroom and sleep comfortably. The very next morning, they had two guys out here putting in our new unit. Super nice guys all around and efficient. Very happy with the overall service.

This team has been exceptional. Unfortunately for me I have needed to call them for a very clogged drain, a return that collapsed from a backed up drain, leveling the handler and now replace an entire AC unit that died after 12 years. Everyone on the team from the person that takes the call, to the diagnosis/estimator rep/ (Scott) to installers/execution of projects (John & Adam) are top notch. They clean up as they go and when they are done. I can’t believe I’m saying this about AC but their work (installing new drain lines) are beautiful. I have used a few companies before being introduced to them but no one does such a fantastic job. Honestly, you can tell they care about the result because it shows in their work and that is fantastic for the customer. Responsive - they are on time (doing count emergencies people can’t control against them) text you your appointment, confirm appointment and follow through. What a great team SlapShots Air has assembled. They are my new team and I will refer to anyone that needs AC services. Thanks Team!

This company has excellent customer service. The appointment setter was pleasant and helpful and very easy to deal with. I received a text before technician Cody arrived at my home; which included some professional as well as a bit of personal information about Cody. Cody was welled groomed and extremely polite and took care in the task he was performing. I also liked that my tech Cody was a native Floridian. I highly recommend Slapshot Air!!
